新建本科院校设置教学助理制度的研究

The Research on the Establishment of Teaching Assistant System in Newly Founded Universities

教学助理是教师与学生之间沟通的桥梁。为了保障教学质量,很多国外的大学实施了教学助理制度。教学质量的保障是我国新建本科院校亟待解决的主要问题。本研究以教学助理制度的发展历程为背景,以设置教学助理制度的必要性为出发点,分析、探索新建本科院校设置教学助理制度的模式,并对其实施教学助理制度提出一些思考,以期为我国新建本科院校在实践中设置教学助理制度提供参考。

Teaching assistant is the intermediary between teachers and students. For the guarantee of teaching quality,many foreign universities have implemented the teaching assistant system. The guarantee of teaching quality is the main problem to be solved urgently in the newly built undergraduate universities in China. In this study,it analyzes and explores the model of setting up teaching assistant system in newly built undergraduate universities,taking the development of teaching assistant system as the background and the necessity of the establishment of teaching assistant system as a starting point,and puts forward some thoughts on the implementation of the teaching assistant system. Thus,it provides reference for the newly built undergraduate universities to set up teaching assistant system in practice.
