摘要
对百合品种"西伯利亚"(Siberia)进行了基质栽培试验,通过测量和分析5个基质处理的植株株高、茎粗、叶面积、单叶鲜质量、单位面积叶片鲜质量(FWA)、总叶片数、叶片脱落率、茎根生长情况、生物量、花径、切花率、开花所需天数、瓶插寿命等一系列指标,计算出关键指标的隶属函数值,累计平均后得到各个处理的综合评价指数.其中T1(泥炭∶珍珠岩=3∶1)和对照CK(园土∶腐殖土=3∶1)上生长的"Siberia"百合植株发育不良;T2(泥炭∶河沙∶珍珠岩=4∶3∶3)、T3(泥炭∶河沙∶珍珠岩=7∶1∶2)、T4(椰糠∶河沙∶松鳞∶珍珠岩=3∶3∶2∶2)基质上"Siberia"植株的综合评价指数较高,以T4(椰糠∶河沙∶松鳞∶珍珠岩=3∶3∶2∶2)的评价指数最高.从而可以得出:"Siberia"切花生产中可以使用T2,T3,T4这3种基质配方,其中以基质T4作为"Siberia"的栽培基质效果最佳.
In a substrate culture test of cut lily variety “Siberia” on 5 different substrates ,plant height , stem diameter ,leaf area ,leaf fresh weight ,FWA ,total number of leaves ,leaf loss rate ,stem and root growth ,biomass ,flower diameter ,rate of cut flowers ,flowering days and vase life were recorded and an‐alyzed ,the membership function values of the key indicators were calculated and ,based on the cumulative average ,the comprehensive evaluation index of each treatment was obtained .The plants of T1 (peat∶per‐lite=3∶1) and of T5 ,or the control ,(garden soil∶humus=3∶1) grew poorly .The plants of T2 (peat∶sand∶perlite=4∶3∶3) ,T3 (peat∶sand∶perlite=7∶1∶2) ,and T4 (coco peat∶sand∶loose scales∶perlite=3∶3∶2∶2) ,in particular ,gave considerably high comprehensive evaluation indexes .
