混凝-UV/Fe(Ⅲ)工艺处理高浓度垃圾渗滤液的研究

摘要 采用FeCl3·6H2O作混凝剂后进行光氧化反应,处理垃圾渗滤液.结果表明:垃圾渗滤液不需调节pH值即可进行混凝;FeCl3的最经济投加量为500mg/L;在FeCl3·6H2O投加量为500mg/L和化学需氧量(COD)初始值为4 800mg/L的情况下,pH值在4左右的处理效果最好,UV/Fe(Ⅲ)工艺在pH值为4的情况下高压汞灯光照4h,COD去除率可达到70%;混凝后相同数量的质量分数为10%的FeCl3溶液分段补加的处理效果好于一次补加的处理效果. Landfill leachate was treated in an experiment with FeCl3 ?6H2 O as the coagulant without adding photo catalyst .The results showed that landfill leachate could be coagulated without the regulation of pH .The optimum addition dose of FeCl3 ?6H2 O was 500 mg/L ,and the optimum pH was 4 .Under the conditions of pH 4 ,FeCl3 addition dose 500 mg/L ,and the initial COD (chemical oxygen demand) 4 800 mg/L ,the total removal rate of COD was as high as 70% after 4 hours’irradiation using a high‐pressure mercury lamp .More‐over ,with the same total amount of FeCl3 used after coagulation ,the removal rate of COD with several addi‐tions of FeCl3 was better than that with one addition .
