居家养老健康服务模式浅析

Analysis of the Health Mode of Home Care for the Aged

目的:研究居家养老健康服务模式现存问题并提出建议。方法:通过阐述目前我国居家养老健康服务模式现状,详细分析了此模式在实施过程中存在的问题,最后提出一些建议。结果:现有居家养老健康服务内容单一,与老人实际需求存在差异,社区服务网络尚未建成,从业人员素质有待提高。结论:如能对上述问题加以改进,将有助于提高居家养老健康服务质量及规模。

Objective：To study the existing problems and propose suggestions for the health service model of home care.Method：This paper expounds the present situation of home care service model,analyzes the existing problems in the implementation process,and then puts forward some suggestions.Results：The existing home care for the elderly health services is single,and the actual needs of the elderly are different,community service network has not been completed,the quahty of employees should be improved.Conclusion：To improve the above problems will help improve the quality and scale of home care health services.
