实时互动微信平台在门诊桥本病患者健康管理中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨运用实时互动微信平台对门诊常见的桥本病患者健康管理的临床效果。方法:选取40例桥本病患者,按年龄、病程、甲状腺功能等随机分为远程管理组和常规门诊组,每组20例。分别就患者门诊就诊次数、就诊满意度、疗效等指标进行比较。结果:两组患者甲状腺功能均无明显差异,但远程管理组患者就诊满意度明显高于常规门诊组,而就诊次数明显少于常规门诊组,均差异显著(P=0.005)。结论:运用实时互动微信平台管理桥本病患者,可达到与常规门诊诊疗同样的疗效,且明显减少患者的就诊次数,并提高了患者的就诊满意度,这提示依托微信平台进行的短期实时互动远程健康管理模式,可用于门诊桥本病患者的诊疗并具有显著优势。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of using of real-time interactive WeChat-platform for health management of outpatients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis.Methods:40 cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis were randomly divided into routine outpatient group and remote management group according to ages,duration of disease and thyroid function.There were 20 cases in each group and the times of outpatient visits,clinical satisfaction,and medical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups,but as for the satisfaction and the times of outpatient visits,the remote management group had significantly difference(P=0.005) than the routine outpatient group.Conclusion:The use of real-time interactive WeChat-platform in management of Hashimoto's thyroiditis outpatients can achieve the same effect with conventional outpatient clinics,and significantly reduced the times of visits and improve patient clinical satisfaction,which suggest the WeChatplatform telemetric can be used for Hashimoto's thyroiditis management and has significant advantages.
