摘要 皮肤组织及其附属器的显微结构决定其生理功能和病理过程,三维可视化突破了传统组织形态学二维显示组织精细结构的局限,有助于深入研究组织器官的生理过程,探讨疾病的发病机制,并为寻找治疗方法提供新思路。就显微结构的成像、重建研究以及在皮肤领域的研究进展进行综述。 The microstructure of skin and its appendages determine their physiological function and pathological processes,threedimensional visualization of breaking the traditional two-dimensional tissue morphology show the limitations of the fine structure of the organization,to help in-depth study of the physiological processes of tissues and organs,to explore the pathogenesis of the disease and provide new ideas for treatment.Thus,the skin tissues and organs in microstructure of the 3d reconstruction of medical research,is becoming more and more attention.This article reviews the microscopy structure imagine,the reconstruction research and the Development in the field of skin.
