摘要 本文研制一种带有断点打印、任意点开始、曲面打印、故障修复继续打印等个性化功能的新型打标系统。该打标系统由上位机命令模块、信息采集和处理模块、控制模块以及打标模块组成。该系统针对现有市场上打标系统硬件处理能力弱,无法同时实现通信、打印、工作状态记录、数据和指令加密等技术要求的缺点进行改进,不仅可以满足不同层次用户的需求,而且更加个性化,更稳定、安全、方便。 In this paper, a new type of marking system is developed, which has the personalized functions of break-point printing, arbitrary point printing, curved surface printing, and continuous printing after failure repair. The mark-ing system is composed of the upper computer command module, the information collection and processing module,the control module and the marking module. The system has made an improvement based on the defects of existingmarking system in the market, including weak processing ability of the hardware, and cannot achieve the technical re-quirements of communication, printing, working status record, data and instruction encryption at the same time. Itcan not only meet the needs of different levels of users, but is also more personalized, more stable, more secure andmore convenient.
