超声波技术在大电机定子线棒绝缘状态诊断中的应用

摘要 本研究提出一种基于超声波技术且能够同时显示出被检测式样的A扫描脉冲回波和C扫描平面图的大电机定子绝缘检测系统,并利用该绝缘检测系统对检测样式进行不同超声转能器的检测实验。结果证明,超声转换器频率为0.5~1.2MHz之间时可以将真机线棒中绝缘-铜界面的反射回波清晰检测出来,而且检测清晰度与超声频率成负相关,超声转换器频率为0.5MHz时可以检测出绝缘的内部缺陷。本文为诊断大电机定子绝缘状态提供了有利依据。 In this study, a large motor stator insulation detection system based on ultrasonic technology and capableof displaying A scanning pulse echo and C scan plane graph of the detected sample at the same time is proposed, andthe detection system is also used to detect the different ultrasonic converter. The results show that when the frequen-cy of ultrasonic converter is 0.5~1.2MHz, bar insulation- copper interface echo in the stator bar can be clearly de-tected, and the detection clarity is in negative correlation with ultrasonic frequency, while the ultrasonic converter fre-quency of 0.5MHz, internal insulation defects can be detected. This paper provides a good basis for the diagnosis ofstator insulation of large mechanical and electrical devices.
