基于“作业—资源流图”的装配系统分析模型快速构建方法

摘要 为支持复杂产品装配作业过程的优化与控制、降低建模复杂度,提出一种基于"作业—资源流图"的装配系统分析模型快速构建方法。该方法以装配站为基本分析单元,首先依据装配作业工序与资源的相互作用,建立面向装配现场的工序作业流和资源供给流,实现作业逻辑的快速、直观表述;采用离散事件和状态的提取与表示方法,将作业逻辑模型自动转化为具有离散事件分析能力的Petri网性能分析模型,并利用作业规则设定函数实现在制品和资源配置方案的完整表述。以飞机襟副翼装配的"作业—资源流图"为基础,介绍了装配生产率、资源利用率以及资源配置方案的分析与优化过程,验证了方法的有效性。 To support system optimization and reduce the modelling complexity,a rapid modeling method based on Task-Resource Flow Chart(TRFC)was proposed on performance analysis of assembly system.In the method,the assembly station was regarded as a basic analysis unit,and TRFC were established to describe the interaction between task and resource,which could give an intuitionistic description of assembly operation logic.According to a representation method of discrete event and status,TRFC was automatically converted to Petri net that could be used for discrete event analysis.Furthermore,the setting functions of assembly operation rule were used to express the configuration scheme of work-in-process and resources by Petri net.An example of aircraft flaperon assembly was illustrated,and the functionality of the method was demonstrated.
