摘要
采取实验法进行研究,通过俯撑桥、瑞士球左右侧撑桥、仰撑桥、露肩垂直蝶泳腿、水下10米打腿、水中蹬壁滑行等实验,以及队员的成绩数据得出江苏省游泳运动员在进行为期6周的强化核心力量训练后,"水下蝶泳打腿"效果有显著提高的结论。通过本课题的研究为江苏省游泳运动员蝶泳竞技水平的提高提供参考。
The experimental method is used to study,through government tide bridge,Swiss ball left and right side of the bridge, back brace bridge,off-the-shoulder vertical butterfly leg,10 meters underwater kick,the water off the wall and other experiments,as well as the players’ performance data from swimming athletes in jiangsu province for 6 weeks after strengthening core strength training, the effect of“underwater butterfly kick”has increased significantly. Through this topic research,it provides the reference for the im-provement of athletes’ swimming butterfly competitive level in Jiangsu province.
