摘要
文章采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某大跨径钢箱连续梁桥U型闭口纵肋的正交异性钢桥面板进行了内力分析,得到了在不同位置局部轮载作用下的正交异性钢桥面板的应力图,分析了正交异性钢桥弹性阶段的应力特性,并基于有线元应力计算数据,分别根据中国钢结构规范与欧洲规范方法计算正交异性钢桥面板的疲劳性能。由结果可知,该桥的强度及疲劳性能符合规范要求,设计合理。
This article adopted ANSYS software of finite element analysis to conduct internal force anal-ysis on orthotropic steel deck of a large-span steel box continuous beam bridge U-type closed longitu-dinal rib and gained the stress diagram of orthotropic steel deck under the action of partial wheel load of different positions,and analyzed stress characteristics of orthotropic steel bridge at the elastic stage and respectively calculated fatigue property of orthotropic steel deck based on finite element stress calcu-lating data according to Chinese steel structure standard and European normative method.And it can known from results that strength and fatigue property of the bridge meets standard requirements with reasonable design.
