克氏针张力带复位技术联合锁定钢板固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴MayoⅡA型骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的评估克氏针张力带复位技术联合锁定钢板固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴MayoⅡA型骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年12月至2014年12月广州中医药大学附属骨伤科医院收治的34例MayoⅡA型尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者的临床资料,患者均采取克氏针张力带复位技术联合锁定钢板固定进行治疗。末次随访按Mayo肘关节评定标准进行评分。结果手术时间30~62 min(平均44 min),住院时间7~12 d(平均9.3 d)。手术切口均一期愈合。术后无感染、血肿形成、内固定松动断裂并发症出现。平均随访时间12.3个月(6~15个月),平均骨折愈合时间4.2个月(3~6个月)。末次随访Mayo评估结果:优28例、良3例、中3例,优良率为91%(31/34)。结论采用克氏针张力带复位技术联合锁定钢板固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴MayoⅡA型骨折近期疗效满意。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Kirschner-wire tension band reduction combined with locking plate fixation for patients with MayoⅡA olecranon fractures. Methods Clinical data of 34 patients with Mayo Ⅱ A olecranon fractures treated in Orthopaedics and Traumatology Hospital affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from December 2013 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively, in which all the patients underwent Kirschner-wire tension band reduction and locking plate fixation. At the latest follow-up, patients were evaluated according to Mayo elbow joint evaluation standard. Results The operative time was 44 min(30-62 min), mean length of hospital stay was 9.3 d(7-12 d). All surgical incisions were healed at stage one. There were no postoperative complications such as infection, haematoma, fixator loosening or breakage. All patients were followed up with an average of 12.3 months(6-15 months). The healing time of fracture was 3 to 6 months with the average of 4.2 months. By Mayo evaluation, results at the last follow-up showed: excellent in 28 cases, good in 3 cases, fair in 3 cases, with the excellent and good rate of 91%(31/34).Conclusion For MayoⅡA olecranon fractures, combination of Kirschner-wire tension band reduction and locking plate fixation could achieve short-term satisfactory effects.
