肾康宁方对早期糖尿病肾病患者脂代谢的影响

Effects of the Shenkangning decoction on lipid metabolism in patients with early diabetic nephropathy

目的:观察肾康宁方对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者脂代谢的影响。方法:120例患者随机分为两组各60例。两组均予以常规治疗,治疗组加服肾康宁方,对照组口服依那普利片,疗程为8周,观察两组患者治疗前后尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血脂等变化。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后UAER、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾康宁方可有效降低早期DN患者的UAER,并能改善血脂水平,对防治DN、延缓其进程具有积极意义。

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of the Shenkangning decoction on lipid metabolism in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 cases for each. Both groups received the conventional treatment;the treatment group was treated with the Shenkangning decocton more;and the control group was treated with Enalapril tablets more. A course of treatment was 8 weeks. Urinary albumin excretion rate , blood lipids and other changes in two groups were compared. Results：The total efifciency in the treatment group was better;the difference was statistically signiifcant. After the treatment, UAER, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein in the treatment group were signiifcantly decreased. Compared with the control group, there were signiifcant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Shenkangning decoction could reduce UAER in early DN patients, and improve their blood lipid levels;it played an important role in the prevention and treatment of DN.
