薄层色谱法鉴别滋肾养肝丸研究

Research on identification of Zishen Yanggan Wan by TLC

目的:建立和完善滋肾养肝丸的质量标准,保证临床疗效。方法 :采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对复方中牡丹皮药材进行定性鉴别。结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。结论:该定性方法简便、快速、准确、专属性强,可作为滋肾养肝丸的质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish and improve the quality standard of Zishen Yanggan Wan. Methods：The qualitative identiifcation of Mudan Pi was carried out by TLC. Results：The TLC spots were clear and separated well, without interference of negative sample.＆amp;nbsp;Conclusion：The method is rapid, accurate and speciifc, can be used for the quality control of Zishen Yanggan Wan.
