菟丝子丸加减配合治疗小儿遗尿临床效果分析

A clinical analysis of treating enuresis in children with Tusizi Wan

目的:探讨分析菟丝子丸加减配合治疗小儿遗尿的临床效果。方法:以80例有遗尿现象的患儿为研究对象,将其平均分成实验组和对照组。两组患儿都给予行为学干预治疗和西医治疗,另外,实验组在此基础上给予菟丝子丸加减配合治疗,然后对两组患儿的治疗效果进行比较。结果:研究结果显示,实验组中显效的比例占80.0%,有效的比例占17.5%,无效的占2.5%,总有效率是97.5%;对照组中显效的比例占70.0%,有效的占5.0%,无效的占25.0%,总有效率达到75.0%。实验组的总有效率显著高于对照组,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:菟丝子丸加减配合治疗小儿遗尿可以有效地提高治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of Tusizi Wan on enuresis in children. Methods： 80 cases of enuresis in children were selected as research objects and equally divided into the experimental group and the control group. Both groups received the behavioral intervention and western medicine. The experimental group was treated with Tusizi Wan more. Clinical efifcacy in two groups was compared. Results：In the experimental group, 80.0%was signiifcantly effective;17.5%was effective;2.5%was invalid;the total efifciency was 97.5%. In the control group, 70.0%was signiifcantly effective;5.0%was effective;25.0%was invalid;the total efifciency was 75.0%, with significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion：Tusizi Wan was effective on enuresis in children, could improve clinical efifciency remarkably, was worthy of promotion.
