中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进性快速心律失常患者的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating hyperthyroid in patients with tachyarrhythmia with the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进性快速心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法:将72例纳入观察的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,两组均接受抗甲亢和心律失常的常规治疗,同时给予观察组中医辨证施治,对比两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后的心率变化。结果:观察组患者总有效率达94.4%,高于对照组的86.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的心率均有明显下降,与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的心率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进性快递心律失常疗效优异,能进一步降低患者的心率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe clinical efifcacy of the integrative medicine on hyperthyroidism tachyarrhythmia. Methods：72 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 36 cases in each;both groups received conventional therapy of antithyroid and arrhythmia; the observation group received TCM therapy. Results：The total efficiency was 94.4% in the observation group, higher than 86.1%in the control group;the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine was effective on hyperthyroid plus arrhythmia, could further reduce heart rate in patients , was worthy of clinical application.
