中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病60例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy with the integrative medicine

目的:观察对早期糖尿病肾病患者行中西医结合治疗的效果。方法:以本院收治的60例早期糖尿病肾病患者为入选对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各30例,分别采用常规西药治疗和中西医结合方式进行治疗。结果:观察组、对照组患者的临床有效率分别为93.3%、80.0%,组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后的血脂及肾功能指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合方式治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果明显,安全可靠,值得临床应用。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases for each. The patients in two groups were treated with conventional western medicine and the integrative medicine respectively. Results：Clinical efifciency in the observation group and in control group were 93.3%and 80.0%respectively, P〈0.05;the blood lipid and renal function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was signiifcantly effective and safe on early diabetic nephropathy, and worthy of promotion.
