中医药综合治疗肠易激综合征48例

Treating 48 cases of IBS in TCM

目的:探讨中医药综合治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2011年7月-2013年7月我院收治的48例肠易激综合征患者的临床资料,分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规的西药美沙拉嗪缓释片治疗,实验组则给予中医药辨证治疗,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗6个月后,实验组的治疗总有效率为96.2%,显著高于对照组的81.8%,两组有效率经对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医药辨证治疗肠易激综合征疗效确切,可有效改善肠道功能,减少西药带来的毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore clinical effectiveness and safety of the TCM comprehensive treatment on irritable bowel syndrome. Methods：48 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were divided into the experimental group and the control group;the control group was given conventional western medicine beauty salad oxazine zyban treatment; the experimental group was given TCM syndrome differentiation. Results：In 6 months, in the treatment group, the total efifciency was 96.2%, signiifcantly higher than 81.8%in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM differentiation treatment of irritable bowel syndrome could gain a curative effect, effectively improve the intestinal function, reduce the side effects of western medicine, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
