小柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎104例疗效分析

Treating 104 cases of chronic cholecystitis with the Xiao Chaihu decoction

目的:探究小柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:在我院收治的慢性胆囊炎患者中选取104例随机分为观察组(52例)和对照组(52例),观察组患者采用小柴胡汤治疗,对照组患者采用头孢唑肟治疗,治疗后对比两组患者的总有效率。结果:观察组患者的总有效率(94.23%)明显高于对照组(78.85%),与对照组相比,观察组的治疗效果明显更优,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:小柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎能够有效减轻患者疼痛,提高患者的治愈率,具有临床价值。

Objective：To explore clinical efifcacy of the Xiao Chaihu decoction on chronic cholecystitis. Methods：104 cases were randomly divided into the observation group （52 cases） and the control group （52 cases）;the observation group were treated with the Xiao Chaihu decoction;the control group were treated with Ceftizoxime. Results：The total efifciency of 94.23%in the observed group was signiifcantly higher than 78.85%in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion：The Xiao Chaihu decoction for chronic cholecystitis can effectively relive pain.
