中医健脾祛瘀法治疗胃癌临床价值探析

A clinical analysis of treating gastric cancer by the therapy of Jianpi Quyu in TCM

目的:研究中医健脾祛瘀法治疗胃癌的临床疗效,并探讨其应用价值。方法:选取我院于2012年3月-2014年9月收治的胃癌患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例,对照组采用常规治疗法进行治疗,实验组则在对照组治疗方法的基础上添加中医健脾祛瘀法对患者进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的治疗效果显著大于对照组,且组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医健脾祛瘀法治疗胃癌疗效显著,有效地提高了患者的治疗效果,临床价值较高,值得在临床上推广。

Objective：To study clinical efifcacy of the TCM therapy of Quyu Jianpi on gastric cancer, and explore its application value. Methods：80 cases of gastric cancer, as the research objects, were randomly assigned into the control group and the experimental group, 40 patients in each, the control group with conventional therapy for treatment;the experimental group took TCM therapy more. Results： Clinical efficacy in the experimental group was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Clinical efifcacy of TCM therapy on gastric cancer is signiifcant, and is worthy of promotion in clinic.
