探讨采用中医方法治疗糖尿病的临床疗效

Effective research on treating diabetes in TCM

目的:分析中医方法治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:收集我院2012年4月-2014年2月期间诊治的142例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其分为中西医治疗组与西医治疗组,各71例。西医治疗组患者单纯采用亚莫利、二甲双胍缓释片等常规西药治疗,中西医治疗组加用健脾化湿祛瘀降糖汤治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:中西医治疗组患者的整体治疗效果明显优于西医治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:中医方法治疗糖尿病具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective：To analyze clinical efficacy of TCM on diabetes. Methods：From April 2012 to February 2014, 142 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into the integrative medicine group and the western medicine group, 71 cases for each. The western medicine group was given Amaryl and Metformin Sustained release tablets;the integrative medicine group was given the Jianpi Quyu Jiangtang decoction more. The efifciency in two groups was observed. Results：The efifciency in the integrative medicine group was better than that in the western medicine group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The TCM therapy on diabetes shows a signiifcant effect.
