养阴活血汤治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果分析

A clinical analysis of treating diabetes and hypertension with the Yangyin Huoxue decoction

目的:观察养阴活血汤治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果。方法:96例糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各48例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加养阴活血汤治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果:观察组临床效果显著,总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴活血汤配合西药治疗能更有效地控制患者血糖,降低患者的血压,缓解患者的痛苦,提高其生活质量。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Yangyin Huoxue decoction on diabetes and hypertension. Methods：96 cases of diabetes and hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine;the observation group took the Yangyin Huoxue decoction more. Results：In the observation group, the clinical efifcacy was signiifcant;the total efifcacy was 93.75%, signiifcantly higher than 75.00%in the control group;the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Yangyin Huoxue decoction plus western medicine is more effective on blood sugar, blood pressure, and can relieve the suffering of patients.
