半夏白术天麻汤联合桃红四物汤佐治老年性高血压病62例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 62 cases of senile hypertension with the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus the Taohong Siwu decoction

目的：观察半夏白术天麻汤联合桃红四物汤治疗老年性高血压病的效果并对其进行分析。方法：选取2014年2月-2014年6月门诊收治的60～75岁老年性高血压病患者62例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组成员继续服用本人原来西药降压药物，剂量频次不变。治疗组成员在本人原西药治疗方案上，加服半夏白术天麻汤联合桃红四物汤，1剂/d，早晚温服，14d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组有效率达90.32%，且疗效平稳持久，副作用少，能够提高生活质量，优于对照组。结论：半夏白术天麻汤联合桃红四物汤治疗老年性高血压病效果好，值得临床应用。

Objective：To observe and analyze efifcacy of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus the Taohong Siwu decoction on senile hypertension. Methods：62 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group;the control group took original antihypertensive therapy. The treatment group took the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus the Taohong Siwu decoction more. Results：The efifcacy in the treatment group was 90.32%, with stable efifcacy and less side effects, could improve the quality of life, and better than the control group. Conclusion：The Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus the Taohong Siwu decoction for treating senile hypertension is effective, and worthy of clinical application.
