骨折后早期患肢肿胀疼痛消肿止痛胶囊治疗疗效分析

An analysis of treating pain from early fracture with the Xiaozhong Zhitong capsules

目的:探讨消肿止痛胶囊治疗骨折后早期患肢肿胀疼痛的临床疗效。方法:随机筛选2013年7月-2014年7月于我院接受治疗的172例骨折患者作为研究对象,依据硬币法将其平均分为对照组与观察组,两组患者各86例,对照组患者予以七叶皂苷钠静脉滴注,观察组患者则予以消肿止痛胶囊治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果及肿胀疼痛改善情况进行比较。结果:观察组患者予以消肿止痛胶囊治疗,患肢疼痛治疗总有效率为100.0%,肿胀治疗总有效率为96.5%;对照组患者予以七叶皂苷钠静脉滴注,疼痛治疗总有效率为88.4%,肿胀治疗总有效率为86.0%;观察组显著优于对照组,组间差异比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消肿止痛胶囊治疗骨折后早期患肢肿胀疼痛疗效确切,组方具有消肿止痛、舒筋活络、活血化瘀的疗效,可显著消退患肢肿胀疼痛,使痛苦进一步减轻,属使用安全、便利的一种治疗措施,患者功能恢复快,具有积极的临床推广和应用价值。

Objective：To investigate clinical efifcacy of the Xiaozhong Zhitong capsules on early fracture. Methods：172 fracture patients as the research objects were divided into the control group and the observation group, 86 cases in each;the control group was treated with sodium aescinate intravenous drip;patients in the observation group will be given the capsules for relieving pain. Results：With the Xiaozhong Zhitong capsule in treating, in pain treatment the total efifciency was 100.0%;in swelling treatment total effective rate was 96.5%;in the control group those were 88.4%and 86.0%;the difference between groups showed statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Xiaozhong Zhitong capsules for fractures after early patient has a deifnite therapeutic effect on limb swelling and pain, signiifcantly improve limb swelling and pain, and decrease the suffering of patients, with a safety and quick recovery.
