纳米银敷料在Ⅱ度烧伤创面的防治感染作用及对创面愈合时间的影响

Application of Nano-silver dressing materia in infection prevention and wound healing of Ⅱ degree burn wound

目的:探讨纳米银敷料在Ⅱ度烧伤创面的防治感染作用及对愈合时间的影响。方法:筛选2012年6月-2013年12月我院收治的Ⅱ度烧伤患者116例作为研究对象。随机将所有患者分成观察组与对照组,观察组患者使用纳米银敷料进行创面包扎,对照组患者使用凡士林油纱包扎。每天换药、更换敷料1次。治疗前后进行创面细菌培养,检查患者治疗第7d的发热情况,并对两组患者的愈合时间进行比较。结果:观察组细菌培养阳性率为0.00%,发热患者2例,对照组细菌阳性率为25.86%,发热患者13例,差异较为显著(P<0.05);观察组患者创面愈合时间较对照组明显具有优势(P<0.05)。结论:应用纳米银敷料可明显防止Ⅱ度烧伤创面感染,加快创面愈合时间,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective：To investigate Nano-silver dressing materia in infection prevention and wound healing of Ⅱ degree burn wound. Methods：116 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and control group;the observation group was given Nano-silver wound dressing bandage;patients in the control group took Vaseline gauze bandage. Results：There were 0.00%of positive bacterial culture, 2 cases of fever patients;in the control group bacteria positive rate was 25.86%, 13 patients with fever;the difference is more significant （P〈0.05）; wound healing time between groups has obviously superiority （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nano-silver dressings can signiifcantly preventⅡdegree burn wound infection, accelerate wound healing time.
