聚焦超声联合黄芩油膏治疗局部神经性皮炎30例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of local neurodermatitis by focused ultrasound plus the Huangqin ointment

目的:评价聚焦超声联合中药黄芩油膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法:将入选的60例神经性皮炎患者随机分成两组,各30例。治疗组予外搽黄芩油膏代替耦合剂后进行超声聚焦治疗,1次/周;对照组仅予外搽黄芩油膏,2次/d。两组患者的疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组有效率为83.33%,对照组为60.00%。治疗后,治疗组1例局部出现红肿、刺痛和红斑,后自行消失;对照组无不良事件发生。结论:聚焦超声联合中药黄芩油膏治疗局部神经性皮炎安全而有效,值得临床医生选用。

Objective： To evaluate security and efficacy of focused ultrasound plus the Huangqin ointment on neurodermatitis. Methods： 60 patients with neurodermatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases for each. The control group was given the Huangqin ointment, 2 times per day. The treatment group was given focus ultrasound, 1 time per week, for four weeks. Results： The total efficiency was 83.33% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group. In the treatment group, 1 case appeared redness and tingling, then disappeared by itself. There was no adverse reaction in the control group. Conclusion： Treating local neurodermatitis by focused ultrasound plus the Huangqin ointment was safe and effective, and worthy of promotion.
