活血降脂颗粒治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性高脂血症患者血脂变化分析

An analysis of treating serum lipid levels in patients with primary hyperlipidemia with the Huoxue Jiangzhi granules

目的:分析活血降脂颗粒治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性高脂血症患者的血脂变化。方法:临床选取220例肾虚血瘀型原发性高脂血症患者,将其随机分为治疗组112例,对照组108例;治疗组口服活血降脂颗粒,对照组口服血脂康胶囊。整个疗程为2个月,治疗期间两组患者均用低脂饮食。治疗前后分别测量血清中甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL),采用统计学方法处理所得数据,详细分析两组患者的血脂变化。结果:治疗组TC降低程度较对照组明显,TG降低程度较对照组差,差异存在统计学意义。结论:活血降脂颗粒对肾虚血瘀型原发性高脂血症治疗效果确切,可预防动脉粥样硬化的形成。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Huoxue Jiangzhi granule on serum lipid levels in patients with primary hyperlipidemia. Methods： 220 patients were selected divided into the treatment group for 112 cases and the control group for 108 cases. The treatment group received the Huoxue Jiangzhi granules; and the control group was treated with the Xuezhikang capsules. A treatment course was 2 months. During the treatment, all patients received low-fat diet. Before and after the treatment, TG, TC, HDL in serum in two groups were measured respectively. Serum lipid levels in two groups were analyzed according to statistical methods. Results： Compared with the control group, lower level of TC in the treatment group was significantly higher, and the level of TG in the treatment group was lower. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The Huoxue Jiangzhi granules was effective on primary hyperlipidemia, could prevent atherosclerosis.
