润燥清肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽30例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating cough following infection with the Runzao Qingfei decoctin

目的:探讨润燥清肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的感染后咳嗽患者60例随机分为两组,治疗组30例给予润燥清肺汤口服,7d为1个疗程,对照组30例给予喷托维林片25mg/次,3次/d,氨茶碱片0.1g/次,3次/d,7d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗组改善中医证候积分亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:润燥清肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe efficacy of the Runzao Qingfei decoction on cough following infection. Methods： 60 cases were divided into two groups. 30 cases in the treatment group were given the Runzao Qingfei decoction, 7 days as one course. 30 cases in the control group were given Pentoxyverine Citrate tablets and Aminophylline tablets, 7 days as 1 course. Results： The total efficacy and TCM syndrome integral were better in the treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating cough following infection with the Runzao Qingfei decoctin was safe and effective, and worthy of promotion.
