摘要
目的:观察中医辨证施治与化疗联合治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的晚期胃癌患者90例,按照数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取化疗治疗,观察组则在化疗基础上中医辨证施治,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组有效率高于对照组。观察组半年生存率、1年生存率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施治与化疗联合治疗晚期胃癌可改善患者生存质量,延长生存期,是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM differentiation plus chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer. Methods： 90 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by the randomly digital method. The control group received chemotherapy. The observation group was treated by TCM differentiation more. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results： The efficiency in the observation group was higher. Six months survival rate and 1-year survival rate in the observation group was higher; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating advanced gastric cancer by TCM differentiation plus chemotherapy could improve quality of life and prolong survival, was an effective method.
