舒血宁与注射用血栓通治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效对比分析

An effective analysis of treating acute ischemic stroke with Shuxuening and Xueshuantong

目的:对比舒血宁与注射用血栓通治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法:总结与分析在我院治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者70例的临床资料。结果:观察组患者治疗后神经功能评分结果均值为(66.2±4.0)分,与治疗前相比获得明显改善(P<0.05),而观察组治疗后神经功能评分结果明显优于对照组治疗后数据[(66.2±4.0)分VS(55.2±5.6)分](P<0.05);在疗效方面,观察组急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗后显效者25例,有效者9例,失败者1例,总有效率为97.1%,明显高于对照组的总有效率(85.7%)(P<0.05)。结论:常规应用舒血宁治疗的基础上加用注射用血栓通治疗急性缺血性脑卒中具有更显著的临床效果。

Objective： To observe efficacy of Shuxuening and Xueshuantong on acute ischemic stroke. Methods： The data of 70 cases were summarized and analyzed. Results： In the observed group, scores of neurological function were（66.2±4.0）, obviously better than that before treatment and in the control group（P〈0.05）. In the observed group, 25 cases were cured; 9 cases were effective; 1 case was invalid; the total efficacy was 97.1%, significantly better than 85.7% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shuxuening and Xueshuantong were effective on acute ischemic stroke.
