益气化痰法治疗老年慢性支气管炎迁延期临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Huatan therapy on chronic bronchitis

目的:观察益气化痰法治疗老年慢性支气管炎迁延期的临床疗效。方法:将老年慢性支气管炎迁延期患者50例分为对照组与治疗组各25例,两组都使用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用具有益气化痰功效的汤药治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组的显效率和总有效率都明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后两组FEV1/FVC(%)、FEV1所占预计值(%)均有明显增高(P<0.05),同时治疗组较对照组也有明显差异(P<0.05)。两组均未见严重的不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:益气化痰法可以提高老年慢性支气管炎迁延期患者的临床疗效,无明显不良反应,且有利于肺功能的恢复。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Huatan therapy on chronic bronchitis. Methods： 50 patients were divided into the control group for 25 cases and the treatment group for 25 cases; both groups took conventional western medicine; the treatment group took the Yiqi Huatan therapy more. Results： After treatment, significant efficiency and total efficiency in the treatment group were significantly higher; the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. In two groups, FEV1 / FVC（%）, FEV1% predicted values after treatment were significantly increased（P〈0.05）, while the treatment group was significantly different（P〈0.05） the control group as well. Both groups showed no serious adverse reactions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Yiqi Huatan therapy may improve clinical outcomes in elderly patients with recovery of lung function.
