金龙定喘合剂治疗特发性肺纤维化30例

Treating 30 cases of IPF with the Jinlong Dingchuan prescription

目的:探讨金龙定喘合剂对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的治疗效果。方法:系统研究以调补肺肾,养阴益气为主要治则的金龙定喘合剂对IPF的临床治疗效果。结果:金龙定喘合剂不仅明显改善了IPF患者的临床症状,而且对肺痿的缓解期有显著疗效。结论:金龙定喘合剂能改善肺纤维化临床症状,对防治肺纤维化有一定的作用。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of the Jinlong Dingchuan prescription on IPF. Methods： Tiaobu Feishen, Yangyin Yiqi were applied as the main therapeutic principle of the Jinlong Dingchuan prescription. Clinical therapeutic effects of the Jinlong Dingchuan prescription on IPF was observed. Results： The Jinlong Dingchuan prescription not only obviously improve clinical symptoms in patients with IPF, but also has significant curative effects on lung impotent remission. Conclusion： The Jinlong Dingchuan prescription can improve the clinical symptoms, pulmonary fibrosis, have certain effects on the prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
