Metrorrhagia is a common and difficult disease to treat in gynecology; The main clinical symptoms included large amount of bleeding; the patients even fainted. Identifying etiology and pathogenesis were the principles for treating this disease in TCM. Differential treatment was applied in this article, in order to treat the disease radically.
