阿奇霉素联合喜炎平序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treating mycoplasma pneumonia with Azithromycin plus Xiyanping

目的:探讨阿奇霉素联合喜炎平序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法:随机抽取我院内科自2013年1月-2014年6月收治的支原体肺炎患儿56例,分为对照组(27例)和观察组(29例),两组患儿均予以阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组加用喜炎平治疗。结果:观察组临床有效率为96.6%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿退热时间、咳喘消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、胸片吸收时间及住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.01);两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合喜炎平序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎是安全、有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of Azithromycin plus Xiyanping on mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods： From January 2013 to June 2014, 56 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group（27 cases） and the observed group（29 cases）; two groups were given Azithromycin; and the observed group was given Xiyanping more. Results： The efficiency in the observed group was 96.6%, higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Cooling time, cough disappearance time, pulmonary rales disappeared time, chest X-ray absorption time and length of stay in the observed group were less than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. The difference of adverse reactions between two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Azithromycin plus Xiyanping on mycoplasma pneumonia is safe and effective, and is worthy of promotion.
