社区中医整体护理干预对糖尿病足防治效果的影响

Clinical effects of community TCM holistic nursing intervention on diabetic foot

目的:探讨社区中医整体护理干预对糖尿病足防治效果的影响。方法:选取我院管辖范围内88例存在糖尿病足危险因素的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各44例,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上实施中医整体护理干预。结果:干预3个月后,观察组糖尿病足下降率、患者自护行为评分与对照组比较均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:社区中医整体护理干预是防治糖尿病足的有效办法,能提高患者的自护能力,减少发生糖尿病足的危险因素。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of community TCM holistic nursing intervention on diabetic foot. Methods： 88 patients were chosen as the study objects, and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 44 cases for each. The conventional health education has been implemented in the control group; and the patients in the experimental group were implemented with TCM holistic nursing intervention. Results： In three months, compared with control group, diabetic foot descent rate and patient selfcare behavior scores in the experimental group were significantly increased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM holistic nursing intervention was effective on diabetic foot, could improve the patient＇s self-care behaviors, and reduce risk factors for diabetic foot.
