玉屏补肾汤对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的影响

Effects of Yupingbushen decoction on D-galactose induced aging rats

目的:观察玉屏补肾汤对实验小鼠心肌组织SOD、MDA、GSH-PX含量的影响。方法:用D-半乳糖法造衰老小鼠模型,检测衰老小鼠心肌组织SOD、MDA、GSH-PX含量,观察玉屏补肾汤对上述指标的影响。结果:玉屏补肾汤能降低衰老小鼠心肌MDA含量,提高SOD、GSH-PX水平。结论:玉屏补肾汤可通过抗氧化作用,延缓心肌组织衰老。

Objective：To observe the effect of Yupingbushen decoction on the content of SOD,MDA,GSH-PX in aging rats myocardial tissue. Methods：The model of subacute aging rats were established by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose, after which the content of SOD,MDA,GSH-PX in aging rats myocardial tissue was detected and the effect of Yupingbushen decoction was observed. Results：Yupingbushen decoction can reduce MDA content of aging rats myocardial tissue and improve the level of SOD,GSH-PX. Conclusions：Yupingbushen decoction can delay the aging of myocardial tissue via the effect of antioxidant.
