手术联合坐浴治疗血栓外痔的临床观察

Clinical observation of operation combined with sitz bath treatment in thrombosed external hemorrhoid

目的:观察手术联合坐浴治疗血栓外痔的临床疗效。方法:以我院收治的206例血栓外痔患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组和实验组,每组103例,分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果:实验组的治疗有效率为97.1%,高于对照组的治疗有效率的88.3%,实验组的并发症发生率为2.2%,低于对照组的17.5%,组间比较,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:手术联合坐浴治疗血栓外痔效果显著,安全可靠,提高了患者的生活质量,值得临床上推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of operation combined with sitz bath treatment in thrombosed external hemorrhoid. Methods： 206 patients with thrombosed external hemorrhoid were randomized evenly into the experimental group and the control group according to different treatments. The therapeutic effects and the complications of two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the experimental group was 97.1%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 88.3%; the complication rate of the experimental group was 2.2%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group, 17.5%; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical therapeutic effect of operation combined with sitz bath treatment was remarkable in treating thrombosed external hemorrhoid and it was worthy of application.
