观察穴位埋线对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者血脂影响的效果

The therapeutic effect observation of point embedding therapy in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

目的:研究分析穴位埋线法在治疗非酒精性脂肪肝方面的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年10月—2015年9月在院治疗的非酒精性脂肪肝性肝病患者60例,然后随机将这60例肝病患者分为穴位埋线组(A)和西医组(B),分别30例。西医组的患者进行常规的非酒精性脂肪肝性肝病患者的治疗方法;穴位埋线组的患者在肝俞、太冲、丰隆、中脘、气海、足三里及阳陵泉等穴位进行埋线。上述治疗方法连续治疗2个月,然后观察两组患者经治疗后的临床疗效。主要对两组患者的临床症状的改善情况,BMI、肥胖度及谷丙转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、甘油三酯、总胆固醇值进行比较。结果:两组患者经各自的治疗方法治疗后,穴位埋线组的患者在BMI、肥胖度、谷丙转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、甘油三酯、总胆固醇值的改善情况显著优于西医组的患者。结论:对于非酒精性脂肪性肝病的治疗,采用中医穴位埋线可以有效地改善患者的临床不良症状,并且,比一般的西医治疗临床效果更佳。值得应用于临床治疗。

Objective： To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of point embedding therapy in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods： 60 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to September 2015, were randomized into the west medicine group and the point embedding therapy group evenly. The west medicine group received routine west medicine while the point embedding therapy group received the point embedding, the therapeutic effects were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the point embedding therapy group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The point embedding therapy had remarkable therapeutic effect in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and it was worth clinical application.
