研究中医中药疗法在治疗下肢青蛇毒患者中的应用价值

On the clinical application value of TCM in treating lower limbs superficial thrombophlebitisi

目的:研究运用中医中药治疗下肢青蛇毒的临床应用价值。方法:选取本院2014年6月—2015年6月60例行下肢青蛇毒治疗的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均30例,对照组采用西医疗法,及采用低分子肝素钠联合华法林钠片,观察组则采用中医中药方法治疗。结果:经两种方法治疗后,患者的临床症状均有明显减轻,且观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),根据患者对治疗的满意度结果评价,观察组满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医中药法治疗下肢青蛇毒的临床疗效显著,患者满意情况较好,在临床治疗下肢青蛇毒上具有借鉴意义,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical application value of TCM in treating lower limbs superficial thrombophlebitisi. Methods： 60 patients with lower limbs superficial thrombophlebit, admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015, were randomized into the observation group and the control group evenly. The control group received low molecular weight heparin combined with warevan tablet while the observation group received TCM treatment. Results： The total efficiency and the satisfaction degree of the observation group excelled that of control group significantly（P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The clinical effect of TCM treatment was remarkable in treating lower limbs superficial thrombophlebitisi and it was worthy of application.
