针刺治疗特发性眼睑痉挛32例疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture in Treating Idiopathic Blepharospasm 32 cases

目的:探讨局部取穴配合四关穴针刺治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法:应用眼周局部取穴配合四关穴针刺治疗特发性眼睑痉挛患者32例,10 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:痊愈15例(46.9%),显效12例(37.5%),有效2例(6.3%),无效3例(9.4%),总有效率占90.6%。结论:针刺治疗眼睑痉挛方法简单,疗效满意,可以广泛应用于特发性眼睑痉挛的临床治疗。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of selecting local acupoints with siguan acupoints needling in treating idiopathic blepharospasm.Methods： Selecting local acupoints with siguan acupoints needling in treating idiopathic blepharospasm 32 cases, 10 days for a course,observation on effective after the three course. Results： Recovery in 15 cases（46.9%）, markedly effective in 12 cases（37.5%）, effective in 2 cases（6.3%）, invalid in 3 cases（9.4%）, the total effective rate was 90.6%. Conclusion： The method of acupuncture in the treatment of blepharospasm is simple, the effective is satisfied, it can be widely used in clinical treatment of idiopathic blepharospasm.
