摘要
红色资源教育教学是一种非传统的体验式教学,主观评价是其基本的评价方式。红色资源教育教学评价的主体是学生、教学者和办学者。从评价主体来看,红色资源教育教学评价主要包括主体评价、组织评价和社会评价3个层次;从评价内容来看,红色资源教育教学评价主要包括学习评价、过程评价和整体评价3个方面。通过形成"3+3"的红色资源教育教学评价模式,运用综合评价体系,能够较好地评价红色资源教育教学效果和教学效能,进而达到促进学习、改善教学和优化管理的目的。
Red-resources-based education teaching is a non-traditional experience teaching mode which is characterized in subjective evaluation, with students, teachers and school owners as evaluation subjects.Seen from the vertical perspective, the red-resource-based education teaching evaluation includes three major levels, namely, subject, organizational and social evaluations; from horizontal perspective, it includes learning evaluation, process evaluation, and overall evaluation. By developing the " three plus three" evaluation system and adopting a comprehensive evaluation model, we can better evaluate the effects and teaching efficiency, so as to facilitate the learning, improve the teaching, and optimize the management.
