摘要
对185名高校青年教师开展问卷调查并统计分析,结果显示高校青年教师群体的职业幸福感状况不容乐观,工作情感、薪资待遇、工作环境、人际关系、工作成效等都与高校青年教师的职业幸福感息息相关。要提升高校青年教师的职业幸福感,需要教师个人自身的努力,也需要社会和高校提供外部支持。
During the research,the authors interviewed 185 young teachers of baoshan university through questionnaires about teachers' professional happiness.Investigating results show that professional happiness of university teachers takes on an ordinary level. Many factors are involved in evaluating the professional well-being, such as the work emotion, pay, work environment, effectiveness of the work, interpersonal relationship, and so on. To improve young university teachers' professional happiness sense, need the teacher to the individual's own efforts, also needs the society and universities provide external support.
