摘要
挣值法作为一项先进的项目管理技术,目前已普遍应用于工程项目费用、进度的综合分析控制。但传统挣值法主要适用于工程量清单合同条件下的施工单位项目管理,而EPC总承包项目由于有其自身的特点,需要对传统的挣值法进行改进,以适应其要求。
As an advanced project management techniques, the earned value method has been widely applied to comprehensive analyzing and controlling the cost and the schedule of project. But the traditional earned value method is mainly used in the condition of BOQ. With its own characteristics, the EPC project needs to improve the traditional earned value method to adapt to the requirements.
