腹腔镜手术戳孔出血调查统计及相关危险因素分析

Survey statistics and analysis on related risk factors of puncture bleeding of laparoscopic operation

目的对腹腔镜手术戳孔出血进行调查分析,探讨腹腔镜手术戳孔出血的危险因素。方法对山西省人民医院2014年1月至2015年1月符合条件的腹腔镜手术944例患者进行研究,根据相关文献及临床经验选取6个相关因素进行Logistic分析,探讨腹腔镜手术戳孔出血的相关危险因素。结果 944例患者中,发生戳孔出血15例,发生率为1.59%。导致腹腔镜手术戳孔出血的危险因素有年龄、体重指数、穿刺时是否采用透光法(P值分别为0.025、0.000、0.001)。结论年龄、体重指数、穿刺时是否采用透光法与腹腔镜手术戳孔出血密切相关,临床上需要重视相关危险因素,避免戳孔出血的发生。

Objectives To investigate puncture bleeding and explore the main risk factors of laparoscopic operation. Methods Six factors based on the relevant literature and clinical experience were analyzed by logistic regression analysis on 944 cases treated with laparoscopic,from Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2015.Results A total of 15 cases of puncture bleeding occurred in 944 cases of laparoscopic operation. The incidence rate was 1. 59%. The main risk factors were age,body mass index and whether translucent when punctured by logistic regression analysis,and the P value was 0. 025,0. 000,0. 001 respectively. Conclusions Age,body mass index,whether translucent when punctured are closely related with puncture bleeding of laparoscopic operation. Related risk factors need to be taken seriously to prevent the incidence of puncture bleeding.
