减重手术治疗2型糖尿病机制研究进展 被引量:1

Recent advances in bariatric surgery for type 2 diabetes

摘要 糖尿病是目前威胁全人类健康的重大疾病之一,其中90%以上均为2型糖尿病。近年来,我国糖尿病发病率快速增长,且年龄呈年轻化趋势。研究表明,与传统内科治疗相比,减重手术在减轻体重、维持血糖平衡方面有着更好的治疗效果,不仅可以有效的治疗肥胖及2型糖尿病,还可显著改善相关的心血管并发症风险。但手术治疗2型糖尿病的机制尚未完全明确,国内外研究提出了各种可能,本文现对目前的研究进展作一综述。 Diabetes mellitus is one of the most serious medical issues which threaten the health of humen being's in worldwide,and more then 90% is type 2 diabetes mellitus. Increasing data indicates,compare with medical therapy,bariatric surgery is more effective on reducing weight and maintaining blood glucose balance,it not only has effective treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes,but also significantly reduce the risk of the related cardiaovascular compliacations. Howerber,the mechanism of bariatric surgery for type2 diabetes mellitus is not yet fully clear,the domestic and foreign research has proposed various possibilities,this article is a review of the current research progress.
