摘要
随着高校辅导员队伍建设的发展,以高校发展性辅导为研究视角,借助SPSS及AMOS软件,对辅导员发展性辅导的工作满意度进行评价、建模,定量反映影响高校发展性辅导各因素的因果关联和作用路径。实证结果表明,辅导员职业道德和工作能力的路径系数最大,优先影响发展性辅导的分析结果。因此,理清发展性辅导的作用机理,拓宽评价体系的研究领域,可为多群组综合分析提供新的思路。
With the development of the construction of college counselors team, taking the development of counseling as the research angle of view,with the help of SPSS and AMOS,it evaluated and constructed the counselor's developmental counseling work satisfaction in this paper, and quantitatively reflected the causal relationship and interaction path of the development counseling. The empirical results showed that the path coefficient of counselors' professional ethics and working ability is the biggest, and the priority impact will be the analysis of the development of counseling. Therefore, to clarify the mechanism of the development of counseling, and broaden the research field of the evaluation system, which can provide a new way for the comprehensive analysis of multiple groups.
