安徽省科技服务业创新能力分析

Analysis of Science and Technology Service Industry' Innovation Capability in Anhui Province

从人力资源投入、科技投入和创新产出三个方面建立了安徽省科技服务业指标体系,并运用因子分析法对14个指标进行分析,从而了解安徽省科技服务业的创新能力及存在的问题,并给出相应的对策建议。分析研究科技服务业的创新能力,有利于决策者了解科技服务业的现有创新能力及未来发展潜力,同时提高科技服务业发展规划的合理性和有效性。

Science and technology service industry index system of Anhui Province was established in this paper from the three aspects of human resource investment, science and technology input and innovation output. It analyzed the 14 indicators by factor analysis, to understand the innovation capacity and problems of science and technology service industry in Anhui Province, and give the corresponding suggestions. It analysised innovation of science and technology service industry which will help policy-makers understand the existing innovation capacity and the potential for future development of science and technology service industry, and improve the rationality and effectiveness of development plan of science and technology service industry.
