腰椎间盘沉积痛风石1例 被引量:3

摘要 痛风是由于嘌呤代谢紊乱致血尿酸升高,尿酸盐沉积在关节滑膜等其他组织而引起的一临床综合征。随着人们生活水平的提高、饮食结构的改变,痛风的发病率也呈逐年升高的趋势。由于痛风石可以在人体大多数软组织沉积,故其临床表现亦有不同,甚或有时难与其他类型风湿病鉴别。笔者在临床上观察到以腰骶部、膝关节等外周关节疼痛为主要临床表现的痛风患者1例,报告如下。1病例资料患者,男,27岁,以反复关节疼痛2年,
