摘要
随着社会发展,专业分工越来越细,临床医学硕士研究生培养逐步细化,专业学位的地位日益重要,所占招生的比例也不断加大。虽然专业学位的研究生培养目标明确,但是临床诊断能力培养模式还没有规范,各校培养水平差别较大。山西医科大学第一临床医学院就泌尿外科专业学位研究生的临床诊断能力培养模式进行了初步尝试和总结,并提出进一步完善的设想。
Along with the social development,professional division of labor becomes refined,clinical medical postgraduate training gradually also becomes refined. The status of the professional degree is becoming more and more important, and the proportion of enrollment is also increasing. Although graduate education of professional degree has specific goals,training mode of clinical diagnosis ability is not standard, and the level of training varies greatly among different schools. Training mode of clinical diagnosis ability of urology professional degree graduate students has been carried on in First Clinical Medical College of Shanxi Medical University.Reflections and conclusions on the first attempt are described in this thesis along with some propositions for further perfection.
