摘要
基于玉树地震时档案损失,论述档案管理的重要性及其安全管理,只有加强管理设施建设、提高人员综合素质,才能防患于未然。
Based on the file loss after Yushu Ms 7.1 earthquake , this paper discusses the importance of archives management and security management, the results show that it must be strengthened the construction of management facilities and improved the comprehensive quality, and made preventive measures aU the time.
